Quiet Orbit Studio operates an owner-authorized draft-handoff workflow for the official Quiet Orbit social channels. We use TikTok only when the channel owner authorizes the connection and a release package has passed our rights, quality, metadata, archive, and human-approval checks. The workflow transfers an inbox draft; the owner makes the final posting decision inside TikTok.
When an owner connects TikTok, the workflow may receive the minimum authorization information and publishing status needed to prepare or post an approved video. We do not collect TikTok passwords, two-factor codes, browser cookies, or recovery codes.
Information is used solely to authenticate the owner-authorized TikTok connection, transfer approved Quiet Orbit media to the owner’s TikTok inbox, verify transfer status, prevent duplicate transfers, and maintain an audit record. The workflow does not publish directly. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Authorization credentials are stored in a protected owner-only location, separate from media files and from every other brand. Access is limited to the owner-authorized publishing workflow. Credentials may be revoked by the owner through TikTok or by contacting us.
